Translate this blog to your langauage:Bengali

I have added a translate gadget with this blog to translate to every body's langguage.
A colleague advised me,the way things are in outside Dhaka,people might not know how to translate.

It would be better if I showed them how.

These are the steps as follows:

1. Visit my blog:http://www.tektrain.blogspot.com as above:Fig1.0
2. Go to right handside.You will notice a black long rectangle.Drag mouse there.See above:Fig.1.2
3. Click Translate and Select your language.In this is Bengali.:Fig 1.2 (See below)

4.You will have your Google Blog translated in Bengali!or any other language.
